Tony & Christine George have been running escorted holidays for a number of years, and have twenty years experience as hoteliers. WE are both railway enthusiasts, and have decided to combine our skills in running escorted holidays for rail enthusiasts.

Our attractive home is in Shropshire adjacent to the border of the Principality of Wales. Originally a farmhouse built in 1952, the house is set in one and a half acres of land, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Our home offers four non-smoking guest bedrooms, each with private facilities, teasmaids and colour televisions. Food is prepared by Christine from fresh local produce and includes full English breakfast with a sumptuous dinner in the evening,


We offer a number of country-based holidays visiting places of railway interest and operating railways through out the U.K.. We have a number of standard itineraries but are happy to adapt these to suit your individual requirements. New itineraries are in the planning stage for the future.

After a busy day out guests can enjoy the model railway or watch some of our large selection of railway films  which can be seen in all rooms.

Long summer nights can be enjoyed in the extensive grounds, where, weather permitting barbeques can be arranged. There are many traditional local pubs within a short distance where guests may enjoy our fine British beer.
